What's the status of my order?
You can check your order status from the orders page on your account. Please allow 24 hours for the order information to be updated. Once shipped, you can track your order as it makes it way to you. Email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
Can I make any changes to my order?
At this time, we will be unable to make any changes or edits to any orders – this includes the shipping address or payment information. Please make sure to review your information before completing your order.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. In the event that your order is returned to us, please email us at [email protected] and we are happy to assist.
Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.
How do I cancel my order?
At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed on patrickta.com. Make sure to check your order details and shipping information before processing your order.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer digital e-gift cards that can only be used on patrickta.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, ApplePay, AfterPay (available in the US, AU, CA, UK, and NZ), Klarna (US Only), ShopPay, and e-gift cards purchased on patrickta.com. We are unable to accept checks or money orders.
What is AfterPay?
AfterPay is a shopping service (and app) that allows you to make a purchase today and pay for it later with four equal installments, every two weeks, interest-free. It's available on all orders $35 and above. It is only available in the US, AU, CA, UK, and NZ.
How do I make a purchase using AfterPay?
Shop for your favorites on patrickta.com and proceed to checkout. At checkout simply choose AfterPay as your payment method. You'll be taken to Afterpay.com to create an account and finalize your purchase. Note: Orders must be between $35 and $1,000 in order to be eligible for AfterPay.
What happens if I miss an AfterPay payment?
If there are insufficient funds in your account and a payment is missed, you may be subject to late fees. You can view the AfterPay payment agreement here.
E-GIFT CARDS
How do I redeem my gift card?
e-Gift cards can be used as a form of payment for purchases on patrickta.com. To redeem your e-gift card, enter the 16 digit e-gift card number at checkout. Any remaining balance on your e-gift card can be used on future patrickta.com purchases.
How do I gift my e-gift card?
To give the gift of an e-gift card simple choose the dollar value of the card and enter the recipient information at checkout. Once checkout is complete, the recipient will receive an email that they have been gifted an e-gift card to patrickta.com with instructions on how to redeem towards their future purchases.
Can I return an order made with an e-gift card?
Yes. Once your purchase is returned, a new e-gift card will be triggered and emailed to you with a new gift card number and pin number.
How do I find my e-gift card balance?
Simply click here, and you will be able to check your balance. Please note: E-gift card balances are not updated until an order made with the card has shipped.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the continental U.S. Currently, we do not offer shipping to the following locations: Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or any us military bases overseas. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Standard shipping is free for all orders $50 USD or more in the United States (pre-tax and shipping cost).

When will my order arrive?
All Patrick Ta orders, including expedited orders, are processed within 1-3 business days – orders will then be shipped at the speed selected during checkout. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Kindly note, that all delivery timelines are subject to change by the shipper.
US Standard shipping requires 5-10 business days for delivery and expedited shipping requires 3-4 business days for delivery, after processing.
Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email will be updated and given an estimated arrival date for your package. Please note it may take 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated by the shipper.
Orders are processed & shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it’ll be processed the following business day. Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:

Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free for all orders $150 CAD or more in Canada (pre-tax and shipping costs), £85 GBP or more in the UK (pre-tax and shipping costs), $4000 MXN or more in Mexico (pre-tax and shipping costs), £100 DE or more in Germany (pre-tax and shipping costs) and $175 AUD or more in AUS (pre-tax and shipping costs). All other shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout including insurance, taxes and duties.
When will my order arrive?

Who handles your international shipping?
We ship all international orders with Passport, which is our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a large global network that handles your deliveries with care so your package arrives safely and promptly.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that the order total includes insurance, duties, and taxes, which are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
Are shipping duties and taxes refundable?
No, shipping duties and taxes are non-refundable. These fees are required by your country's customs regulations and are not within our control. Please note that if you choose to return your order, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on the Passport tracking page.
When will I receive my order?
The goal is always ASAP. International orders are typically delivered within 10-18 business days once the order has been fulfilled, and you can always check the estimated delivery date on your tracking page.
Did my package stop moving?
If it looks like your package stopped moving, no worries! It’s still on the way and is most likely clearing customs. If your package is delayed at customs or due to weather events, the shipping status will be updated on your tracking page. If you ever have a question about shipping, you can reach out via your tracking page (‘Need Help’ button) or via email at [email protected].
Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on orders shipped outside of U.S. Shipping and duties are non-refundable. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order from Patrickta.com, head to our return portal and we can help you make a return ONLY within 30 days of your purchase. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal and we will guide you from there. Please have your order number and zip code ready.
Are there restricted hazardous items?
Please note that due to Air Safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays-alcohol) through the express or priority service including the Major Glow Hair And Body Fragrance Mist, Major Glow Highlighting Mist and Major Brow Lamination Gel. Thank you for your understanding.
Canada: Due to recently implemented US/Canadian tariffs, a 25% surtax on certain U.S.-origin goods is now in effect as of March 4, 2025. This applies to orders of $150 CAD or more, regardless of where they ship from. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to keeping you informed. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return, exchange, and refund policy? (Exchanges apply to US orders ONLY) We completely understand and always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. With this in mind, we proudly offer free returns. If you receive products from patrickta.com that do not meet your expectations, please return the gently used or unused products within 30 days of delivery, marked on the packing slip enclosed with your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please visit this link to request a return or start an exchange. Patrick Ta Beauty is not responsible for return shipping costs or reimbursement of lost packages without proof of delivery. Is there a restocking and return label fee? For returns on orders valued at $300 or more, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Returns are subject to a $7.00 USD return label shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund, effective for orders placed on or after April 14th, 2025.
How do I start a return or exchange? (Exchanges apply to US orders ONLY) To start a return, simply click this link and follow the prompt to complete your return or exchange.
How long does it take to process a refund? Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be received by our warehouse. If your request is approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Do you offer Store Credit/Return Credit? (Applies to US orders ONLY) Upon creating your return, you will have the option to choose store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card for you to use towards your next purchase.
How do I receive a refund if I used AfterPay or Klarna? Once your return has been processed, your updated invoice will be visible in your AfterPay or Klarna portal. There are so many ways to earn, check it out HERE or spend at least $1. $1 USD = 1 point (Backstage level), $1 USD = 1.25 points (Runway level) or $1 = 1.50 points (Red Carpet level).
Will my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 months after the date you earned it.
Will my Level expire?
Yes, if you don’t earn the points required to maintain your level within 12 months of entering it, your level will be adjusted. Once you have attained Level 1 - Backstage, Level 2 - Runway, or Level 3 - Red Carpet, your status is valid for the next 12 months. If you have not earned the required points to maintain your level at the end of the period, your status will be adjusted to the level below.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
No, you will start earning points on the day you sign up for the Major Rewards Program.
Can I transfer points from different accounts?
No, unfortunately points are not transferable.
Can I use multiple discount codes with my order?

I canceled my order — what happens to my points?
Points earned on canceled orders and/or fully or partially refunded orders will be automatically removed from your account once the cancellation and/or refund is processed. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.
Program Description: Without limiting the scope of the Program, users that opt into the Program can expect to receive messages concerning the marketing, promotion, payment, delivery and sale of cosmetics, skincare, merchandise and partner collaborations. Messages may include checkout reminders.
Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. You agree to receive messages periodically at Our discretion. Daily, weekly, and monthly message frequency will vary. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us.

Our Disclaimer of Warranty: The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas at all times and may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage or other changes made by your wireless carrier. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with this Program. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of Our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.
Participant Requirements: You must have a wireless device of your own, capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions.
Age Restriction: You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the Platform and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so. By using or engaging with the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not under the age of thirteen (13) years, are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) and have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use or engage with the Platform, or are of adult age in your jurisdiction. By using or engaging with the Platform, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s Applicable Law to use and/or engage with the Platform.
Prohibited Content: You acknowledge and agree to not send any prohibited content over the Platform. Prohibited content includes:
- Any fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing, or stalking activity;
- Objectionable content, including profanity, obscenity, lasciviousness, violence, bigotry, hatred, and discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
- Pirated computer programs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code;
- Any product, service, or promotion that is unlawful where such product, service, or promotion thereof is received;
- Any content that implicates and/or references personal health information that is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) or the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (“HITEC” Act); and
- Any other content that is prohibited by Applicable Law in the jurisdiction from which the message is sent.
Dispute Resolution: In the event that there is a dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Us, or between you and Stodge Inc. d/b/a Postscript or any other third-party service provider acting on Our behalf to transmit the mobile messages within the scope of the Program, arising out of or relating to federal or state statutory claims, common law claims, this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, such dispute, claim, or controversy will be, to the fullest extent permitted by law, determined by arbitration in LOS ANGELES, CA before one arbitrator.
The parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) then in effect. Except as otherwise provided herein, the arbitrator shall apply the substantive laws of the Federal Judicial Circuit in which Patrick Ta's principle place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Within ten (10) calendar days after the arbitration demand is served upon a party, the parties must jointly select an arbitrator with at least five years’ experience in that capacity and who has knowledge of and experience with the subject matter of the dispute. If the parties do not agree on an arbitrator within ten (10) calendar days, a party may petition the AAA to appoint an arbitrator, who must satisfy the same experience requirement. In the event of a dispute, the arbitrator shall decide the enforceability and interpretation of this arbitration agreement in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). The parties also agree that the AAA’s rules governing Emergency Measures of Protection shall apply in lieu of seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and no party shall have rights of appeal except for those provided in section 10 of the FAA. Each party shall bear its share of the fees paid for the arbitrator and the administration of the arbitration; however, the arbitrator shall have the power to order one party to pay all or any portion of such fees as part of a well-reasoned decision. The parties agree that the arbitrator shall have the authority to award attorneys’ fees only to the extent expressly authorized by statute or contract. The arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive damages and each party hereby waives any right to seek or recover punitive damages with respect to any dispute resolved by arbitration.
THE PARTIES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY VIA ARBITRATION AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ARBITRATION PROCEEDING. Further, unless both parties agree otherwise in a signed writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Except as may be required by law, neither a party nor the arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration without the prior written consent of both parties, unless to protect or pursue a legal right. If any term or provision of this Section is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Section or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, the parties hereby waive any right to a jury trial. This arbitration provision shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.
Florida Law: We endeavor to comply with the Florida Telemarketing Act and the Florida Do Not Call Act as applicable to Florida residents. For purposes of compliance, you agree that we may assume that you are a Florida resident if, at the time of opt-in to Program, (1) your shipping address, as provided is located in Florida or (2) the area code for the phone number used to opt-into the Program is a Florida area code. You agree that the requirements of the Florida Telemarketing Act and the Florida Do Not Call Act do not apply to you, and you shall not assert that you are a Florida resident, if you do not meet either of these criteria or, in the alternative, do not affirmatively advise us in writing that you are a Florida resident by sending written notice to us. Insofar as you are a Florida resident, you agree that mobile messages sent by Us in direct response to mobile messages or requests from You (including but are not limited to response to Keywords, opt-in, help or stop requests and shipping notifications) shall not constitute a “telephonic sales call” or “commercial telephone solicitation phone call” for purposes of Florida Statutes Section 501 (including but not limited to sections 501.059 and 501.616), to the extent the law is otherwise relevant and applicable.
Miscellaneous: You warrant and represent to Us that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and perform your obligations hereunder, and nothing contained in this Agreement or in the performance of such obligations will place you in breach of any other contract or obligation. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Any new features, changes, updates or improvements of the Program shall be subject to this Agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time. Any updates to this Agreement shall be communicated to you. You acknowledge your responsibility to review this Agreement from time to time and to be aware of any such changes. By continuing to participate in the Program after any such changes, you accept this Agreement, as modified.
SECTION 21 - E-GIFT CARDS
The funds on the E-Gift Card issued by Company or purchased on our site do not expire. No fees apply. Protect the E-Gift Card like cash. We reserve the right to correct the E-Gift Card balance if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred. You also agree that we may deactivate, cancel or suspend any E-Gift Card if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity or improper E-Gift Card use. You agree that you will not use a revoked E-Gift Card.
SECTION 22 - PATRICK TA ARTISRY PROGRAM
The Patrick Ta Artistry discount applies to all eligible items. Please note, it cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Excluded items include bundles and special sets. The Patrick Ta Artistry membership is only open to residents of the United States (excluding US Territories). Patrick Ta Beauty sells and ships products exclusively to Patrick Ta customers. No copies, facsimiles, or reproductions will be accepted. Entries will be disqualified if they contain any inappropriate material or language including profanity, to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Drawing: On or about May 5th 2025, the Sponsor will review all of the entries received, and will select five entries as a potential winner at random. The prize is the Patrick Ta Beauty Major Glow Body Bundle with a retail value of $283 each and includes: Major Glow High Shine Skin Perfecting Body Crème, Major Glow Nourishing Bronzing Body Oil, Major Glow High Shine Nourishing Body Oil, Major Glow Hair & Body Fragrance Mist, Major Glow Balm in She’s On Vacation or She’s Glossy, and the Body Brush. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Prizes may be reported as income to a winner and the winner will be responsible for all taxes associated with the receipt of a prize.
9. Privacy and Publicity: All information submitted by entrants in the Contest will be treated according to Patrick Ta Beauty’s Privacy Policy, available at https://patrickta.com/pages/privacy-policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes an entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
10. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to threaten, annoy, harass, bother or otherwise disrupt any other person. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (f) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
The Released Parties shall not be liable to winners or to any other person for failure to supple the prizes or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of Gods, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or requests(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the actions(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot or any other cause beyond the Release Parties’ control.
12. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
13. Contest Results AND OFFICIAL RULES: To request a winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Patrick Ta Beauty, LLC, 8560, Suite 100, West Hollywood CA 90069. Vermont residents may omit postage for the self-addressed envelope. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period. For a copy of the Official Rules, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked “Major Glow Body Bundle Giveaway” for receipt.
