We completely understand and always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you receive products from Patrick Ta online that do not meet your expectations, please return the gently used or unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, marked on the packing slip enclosed with your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
